Return Requirements

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused.
• Original tags must remain attached.
• Items should be returned in their original packaging.
• Items with stains, odors, perfume, deodorant marks, alterations or signs of wear may not be accepted.

$4.99 Return Fee A flat $4.99 return processing fee is deducted from approved refunds. If multiple eligible items are returned together under one return request, the fee is charged once for that return.

Bundle & Promotional Returns Promotional discounts are based on the number of eligible dresses you ultimately keep.

If returning an item reduces your order to a lower promotional tier, the dresses you keep will be repriced at the discount level they still qualify for.

Example:
Buy 3 and receive 50% off → return 1 dress → the 2 dresses you keep are recalculated using the Buy 2, Get 40% Off offer. Your refund is then calculated after the promotional adjustment and applicable $4.99 return fee.

Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need another size, color or style, please return the original item and place a new order for your preferred item.

Refunds Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

After the refund is issued, please allow approximately 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Item? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Once confirmed, we'll resolve the issue at no additional cost.
